Together with wine academic Georg Schweitzer, you will taste a variety of different wines, depending on the aim of the tasting.
You will be surprised to discover what new taste experiences will delight your palate and the theory of how these come into the wine!

Your “wine wishes” and the aim of the tasting are determined during a preliminary discussion. Based on your individual ideas, an expertly compiled tasting program will be drawn up.

During the structured and commented tasting, you will develop a feeling for the wine in the glass, get to know different nuances of flavor and identify the characteristics and typicities.

During the tasting, Georg Schweitzer will explain technical terms and methods to you in a humorous way, giving you a sound basis for tasting from now on.
